Renewal & Celebration - March 30, 2014, at Young Horizons

Fourteen of us - Shourabh, Brishti, Chandrima, Vijay, Shyamal, Indrani, Ila, Saurabh, Subhashree, Sharbari, Aasish, Gouranga, Sanjib and Anjan - met on Sunday evening at 'Young Horizons' and renewed ourselves in the spirit of ISABS! It was a time of celebration, in which everyone pitched in. We had Holi colours, music, exercises, brainstorming, mocktails, food, and very good tea!

We are reviving monthly meetings immediately with interesting speakers. Prof. Gouranga Chattopadhyay has kindly agreed to speak to us on 'Personal Authority' at our next meeting. It is scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, April 29. We would let you know the venue as soon as it's fixed. Please book the date in your calendar and be sure to attend.

We already have Vijay as Hony. Treasurer and Saurabh as Hony. Secretary of our group. To explore and design new activities and programmes, besides our Labs, we formed a small committee. It consists of Aasish, Chandrima, Brishti and Indrani. They would discuss among themselves soon.

We have to thank Shourabh Mukherji for the lovely, air-conditioned hall of Young Horizons that he generously placed at our disposal. Since we would like to move our monthly meeting venue from place to place, please let us know if you can offer a venue for our meeting - at least once in 2014.
