EXTENSION MOTIVATION LABORATORY BEGINS

23 participants commenced their exploration of Extension Motivation at Sceptre in Kolkata, facilitated by Udai Pareek (in the picture) and Paul Siromoni. The Laboratory will continue from October 11 to 15.

Udai Pareek addresses Monthly Meeting

HRD guru and ISABS Founder and Past President Udai Pareek was welcomed with orchids by Secretary Subhashree Chander and addressed ISABS members at the preponed monthly meeting on October 10 evening at Siemens Ltd. Udai spoke on 'The Role of ISABS in Leadership Development'. His thoughtful words on diffusing leadership in society through process laboratories as 'crucibles for self-reflection' were heard with interest by ISABS members present, including professional members Paul, Sanjib, Kakoli, and several others, who engaged in a lively discussion with him afterwards.
